FOOD PROTECTION
The Food Protection certification course is an intensive training in food protection practices to ensure the safety of food served in New York City's food establishments. This training will satisfy the New York City Health code requiring certification in food protection for supervisors, food service businesses and establishments. The Food Protection certification exam will be administered on the final day of training. Study manuals are available in over 50 different languages.
