Telecommunications

The Telecommunications department supports the College of Staten Island’s telephone systems. The services provided include the maintenance & repairs of all telephone related equipment, managing individual phone extensions, call routing configurations and voicemail integration.

Telephone & Voice Mail Instructions:

• Internal Phone Calls
  • Dial four-digit phone extension for internal calls
• External Phone Calls
  • Dial 9 + 1 + (seven-digit telephone number)
• Voicemail
  • Microsoft 365 email is integrated with CSI’s telephone system. Voicemail messages are delivered to a user's email inbox as an attachment.
