Xiaomin Guo

Doctoral Lecturer

Dr. Xiaomin Guo joined the Chazanoff School of Business at the College of Staten Island as a doctoral lecturer in finance. She earned a doctoral degree in economics and a master’s degree in finance from the University of Delaware. Prior to joining CSI, Dr. Guo had been an established faculty member teaching finance, economics and statistics in University of South Florida and Pacific University, where she also coached students into the CFA Institute Research Challenge and CFA Ethics Invitational, as well as worked as the manager of Merrill Lynch Wealth Management Center (USF). Dr. Guo’s research has been published in the Journal of Asset Management, Journal of Wealth Management, and the Journal of Investing, to name a few. Her research has also been presented in conferences such as AOM Annual Meeting, and FMA Annual Meeting.
