Bertha's Summer of Love: Stitch Yourself Happy- "Log Cabin" piecing

The Bertha Harris Women’s Center at CSI presents: Bertha’s Summer of Love 2024.

Come learn relaxing stitching that reflects the history of women’s textiles around the world. You will learn a bit about each tradition and then make your own version inspired by it. All basic supplies will be provided. No experience is  necessary. Cookies, coffee and tea will be provided. Feel free to bring a brown bag or treats to share.

These workshops are for everyone (staff, students, and faculty) — especially for those of us in our offices over the summer while our friends are at the beach relaxing. Come stitch in community and let off some steam (no College or Student fees have been used for supplies).
