Virtual Parent Orientation 2024
Representatives from CSI will address enrollment steps, college readiness, financing education and the transition to college. The first year of college can be a time filled with many adjustments, challenges and a variety of emotions for your child. We want to be proactive in answering any questions and prepare you to support your child through this experience. The orientation will help you better understand the resources on campus and how to navigate them. This was recorded and edited May 2024.

CSI Cinema Studies Production Concentration
Cinema is one of the most popular and influential art forms, as well as core business at the heart of the media industries. The program leading to the Bachelor of Arts in Cinema Studies (Department of Media Culture) combines coursework in Film History, Theory and Aesthetics with coursework in film and video production. Students majoring in Cinema Studies choose to concentrate in either Critical Studies or Production. This video from January 2023 highlights the Production concentration.
Metagenomics - The Sequencing of DNA: Early Research Opportunity
This video from December 2022 highlights a unique research opportunity in the emerging biological field of “Metagenomics,” the study of DNA and gene sequencing of microbes (microscopic organisms) recovered from the environment (soil, seawater, and desert) and human body without culturing them in the laboratory. Metagenomics is used to investigate and understand the evolution, metabolism and interplay of these microbes.
CSI Doctor of Physical Therapy Program
Physical Therapists are healthcare professionals focused on helping members of the community restore mobility through various treatment modalities. The Clinical Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT), the entry level degree required for Physical Therapists, has been offered by our program since 1995.
