The purpose of this international workshop is to cover recent developments in the study of quark matter under extreme conditions, as well as its connection to the astrophysics of compact objects, and to heavy-ion collision experiments that explore the denser and colder regions of the QCD phase map. The meeting brings together scientists working on the overlapping of areas like QCD under extreme conditions, heavy-ion collisions, core-collapse supernova, gamma ray bursts, gravitational waves, neutron-stars merging events, and other related phenomena.
